Customers must be 21 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at handoff, and the name/age on the ID must be verified before products are released.
Delivery area and timing
MYLE Delivered serves Los Angeles and nearby areas from the 640 S Curson hub. Arrival estimates are not guarantees and may change based on traffic, driver availability, weather, and order volume.
Missed delivery policy
If the customer is unavailable, does not answer, or cannot provide valid 21+ ID, the order cannot be released. MYLE may text or call to coordinate the next available delivery window.
Cancellation policy
Orders may be canceled before dispatch begins. Once a driver is on the way, cancellation may be limited and delivery-related fees may still apply.
Refund policy
